Life often brings us into chapters we didn’t plan. Places where something has shifted, but it’s hard to name what comes next. My role is not to rush you toward answers, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of what you’re carrying.

You don’t need the right words or a clear plan to begin. We start where you are. Over time, we listen carefully to your story and notice what may be emerging — at a pace that feels respectful and human.

People come to counselling for many reasons. Sometimes the struggle has a clear name. Other times it is a quieter sense that the story you’re living has become harder to carry.

In short, my approach is:

  • Collaborative and paced, rather than directive

  • Curious about your story and inner experience

  • Focused on sustainable change rather than quick fixes

You won’t be told what to do or “fixed” in a single session. Together, we explore what you are living, notice patterns, and create space for change.

This work is grounded in the belief that healing happens not by avoiding pain, anger, or fear, but by engaging them with curiosity and care. Parts of ourselves that once protected us often carry both burden and wisdom. When they are met rather than avoided, new possibilities can emerge.

Fees and Logistics

Sessions are $150. Insurance receipts are provided for extended health benefits, and spaces at a reduced rate are available. Cost shouldn't be the barrier so if you're ready to begin, we'll find a way to make it work. For more information, see here.
